PGWOCADE
Practices for Girls & Women Career Development is a successful and thriving NGO based in Sumbawanga that has made a real impact in the lives of young women in the region. PGWOCADE’s founder, Dr. Jackline Tung’ombe, is a driven social entrepreneur who has been a friend of the Rukwa Foundation since 2022. The Rukwa Foundation partnered with Dr. Jackline on a small encouragement grant to help her develop her organizations capacity. In the coming years, we hope to partner with PGWOCADE in a more substantial way. In the meantime, we encourage all funding organizations to reach out and see the impact Dr. Jackline is driving for women and young girls in the Rukwa region.
